Last November, Kiln No. 2 at the DEER Tiles Malaysia factory was successfully ignited and commenced production. With the full introduction of lean production management and AI automated manufacturing systems, manufacturing efficiency increased to 3 times its previous level, while production costs decreased by approximately 50%, establishing a localised delivery system characterised by “fast speed, high efficiency and low cost” and building a solid “moat” safeguarding the stable operation of the global supply chain.
